養(yǎng)顏粥 Beauty Porridge的做法與過(guò)程1.
將薏米、綠豆放入水中浸泡5、6個(gè)小時(shí)，糯米、大米可浸泡也可不。Preparation：Soak the pearl barley and mung bean in water lasting for 5 to 6 hours，but the glutinous rice and grain rice are not required to be soaked if having no time to do that.
第2步.將過(guò)程1一切資料放入電飯煲中，加熱水至2.5cup 刻度，挑選“粥”按鈕，請(qǐng)?jiān)趶N房稍等片刻。Put all types of rice and beans listed in the last step into the rice cooker, add hot water to the level of "2.5cup", select the button of "porridge/congee". Please wait for several minutes in kitchen for the next step.
第3步.
待電飯煲里的水歡騰，參加速溶豆奶、燕麥（小編用的是永和豆?jié){粉、Quaker燕麥），并用湯勺充沛拌和至其溶開(kāi)，蓋上。接下來(lái)就讓電飯煲自己作業(yè)吧～Add the instant soymilk powder and oat into the rice cooker when the water inside is boiling，keep stirring adequately until the powder is fully dissolved. Just leave the cooker working by itself.
第4步.
電飯煲作業(yè)完結(jié)，盛在小碗里，用少量新鮮花瓣裝點(diǎn)其間，妥妥的美容養(yǎng)顏粥就完結(jié)啦！Pick some petals in the middle of the porridge.It's accomplished successfully!

小貼士1. 水分、糖分都可根據(jù)個(gè)人口味酌情增減
According to the personal taste and preferences,the amount of water and sugar/honey can be added by yourself.
2.這道粥品全體呈乳白色，所以加綠豆不只清熱爽口，還助于裝點(diǎn)粥色，和參加紅艷色花瓣有異曲同工之妙。
